How do I add the "Emails" related list to the Case page layout?
If your utilizing Cases in Salesforce it is a good idea to add the "Emails" related list to your Case Page Layouts.
View a Case then click "Edit Layout"
Under "Related Lists" drag "Emails (Case)" down into the page layout
Click the "Emails (Case)" gear icon (properties)
Add the Subject, Sent, From, To fields (in that order), "Sort By: Sent Descending" then click "OK"
Repeat this process for all desired Case page layouts.
