Often one campaign will have different initiatives assigned to it that would require different scripts. Assign scripts to initiatives, not just campaigns.

Here is a suggestion which saves a lot of time. An administrator should be able to set data view permissions for any employee without having to log in as that user.

I think the system needs an option to lock down a field so that agents can only add to this notes field and cannot delete it. So there are continuous notes being added to an account.
