If you are creating an event from the Add Event button on the bottom of the lead record, the event window does not include the time zone of the lead, so this can easily lead to confusion and misschedu
My sales people relate better to Company Name than to the first/last Name of a contact when a new appointment has been set for them and displays on the Task or Event list.
Right now, the calendar only displays the first and last name fields for the records that the tasks and events are related to. It would be very helpful to include the company name also.
The Calendar list is the most useful feature for me in your software. I am
there most of my day.
It's hard to use your system because of the lack of certain features:
