Change Advanced Search to display like Dialer Queries

To give more parallelism within InsideSales it would help users to get more use
out of the advanced search if it were re-designed to display more simply like
the dialer queries.

Advanced Search in the Leads section

When you make a custom field searchable, that custom field will display itself in the Advanced Search in the (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals Tab(s)).

Auto-populate deal source with lead / account source

When creating a new deal, you have to manually enter the source for that deal. This can cause errors in reporting when agents fail to enter the source or if they enter it incorrectly.

Make "Sort By" field more prominent

The "Sort By" field in the advanced search section is hidden amongst all the other search criteria. For new users, it would help if it were more visible.
