It would be beneficial to multiple departments and most likely many businesses to have a simple recurring task reminder feature.

To upload files to your files repository:

1. Click Files Tab.
2. Select the folder to upload your file to.
3. Click the Add File button.
4. Click the Upload File button.

Step 3 performs two functions. First, we line up all of the column headings in our spreadsheet to map the data to the lead sheet. Next, we can decide if we want to check the existing database and see if any of the names or phone numbers on our spreadsheet already exist in our InsideSales database.

The Files tab is a central storage vault where users can store common company files and make them easily accessible to everyone.
