Make it an option to where Response Loops can be applied to ALL which meet the criteria instead of only being triggered when the criteria is met AFTER the response loop has been created. Make sense?

Adding panels under Manage Layout tab always puts the panels at the end of the last panel on the layout.

Restrict permission to edit or delete email templates from users

Currently users can edit and/or delete any email template that they have access to.

Separate the "View Callbacks" permission from the Administrator permission

Right now a user has to have the Administrator permission in order to view callbacks. But this also gives the user Company Settings and Site Setting permissions.
