Monthly Contest Winners
How to get entered into the monthly contest for an iPod Shuffle:
- Every time an InsideSales.com Support case/ticket is completed, the Support Team sends the customer who made the help request a survey. The survey goes out immediately after the case is completed, and asks the user several questions about how well the InsideSales.com Support Team handled the request.
- To get entered into the iPod Shuffle drawing, all the user needs to do is fill out the Support survey, and submit it.
- Every time a customer submits a support survey, they get entered into a monthly drawing to win the iPod Shuffle. A customer can have as many entries as they want, based on however many surveys they submit.
- Currently there's no limit to the number of completed surveys that can be used each month. At the end of the month, the surveys are compiled, and a customer who submitted a survey is chosen at random.
- The winner gets notified and the iPod Shuffle is ordered and shipped to them!
This is an incredibly easy way to enter the drawing, so the next time you see a support ticket survey, take a couple of minutes and fill it out!
