I cannot login to the inbound and go green.

I have assigned everyone inbound licenses in the billing information but I have certain agents that cannot login to the inbound completely. When they login they have the option of selecting the ACD's but they never go completely green. They stay in the orange/red color. What might be causing this?

things to check if you cannot sucessfully login to the inbound

If you are unable to go to the green color you need to will need to check the following things to solve this problem;

1. Make sure that you have at least Internet Explorer 7 or higher.

2. Download the latest version of flash by going to the link below http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. Open up ACM port 9999 on your firewall.

I would recommend starting with step 1 and working you way down, checking after each step to see if you have resolved the problem.
