The "Time Between Calls" restriction works off of the last dial impression of the lead. The dialer initiative will not pull into the queue any lead until the "time between calls" has passed since the last dial impression of the lead.

Question: If multiple dialer initiatives are pulling from the same pool of leads, will the initiatives each respect the "Time between calls" rule, even if leads are being dialed in different initiatives?

Answer: The dialer initiatives will respect the “time between calls” based on the dial impression of the lead.

Example: If a rep dials a lead in one dialer initiative, that same lead will not be pulled into the 2nd dialer initiative until the “time between calls” limit has been met for the 2nd initiative. However, if the 2nd dialer initiative has already pulled the lead into the queue before the lead was dialed in the 1st initiative, the lead can still show up be dialed in the 2nd initiative.

Note: Searching for the lead in the dialer will override the "time between calls" limit.
