Form not sending info to crm or verifying if there is information.

I have made a contact form with an insidesales representative and it's not working on text links. The first one that was developed had clear and send images and now I have a different site with text links for clear and send.

I have the script send me an email with the lead information and that works perfectly well but the actual form is failing to verify that there is information and send it to the crm.

What you need to add to your code is the tag 'return_status_info_id=1', which will confirm that the system recieved your lead. I believe that is what you are asking for. Let me know if you need more info.
