Why is my Jabberdog not running?

I just created a Jabberdog from the Leads tab. When I check my Jabberdog reports I can see it is not running, and it has been about 20 minutes since I lauched it. What could be causing this problem?

List of things to check if a Jabberdog is not running

There are several things required in order for a Jabberdog to run and I have listed the main things in order to complete a successful Jabberdog Campaign.

1. Check your dialer minute balance
A. Click on the "Admin" tab
B. Click on the "Billing Information" link
C. Look at your "Minute Balance" in the upper right hand corner

2. Check to see if you Jabberdog is running on the correct days and time
A. Click on the "Reports" tab
B. Click on the "JabberDog Progress Report"
C. Search for the Jabberdog you are troubleshooting and choose a correct date range
D. Click on the link for the Jabbedog in question
E. Look to see if the correct days, and time are checked
F. Click "Save"

3. Try deactivating and reactivating your Jabberdog
A. Click on the "Reports" tab
B. Click on the "JabberDog Report"
C. Choose the Jabberdog in question from the list
D. Click the "Deactivate" button
E. Click the "Activate" button
