Campaigns are one of the main sorting and organization tools for lead records. Campaigns provide an effective way to group blocks of leads together for common marketing activities, often by product or service offered. Clicking on the Campaigns tab initially shows you a list of the current lead campaigns, if any. To get a more detailed view of a particular campaign, click on the name of the campaign. The action links to the right provide other options for customizing the campaign.
