Dynamic Dialer Initiatives provide the most common, most flexible parameters for setting up outbound power and predictive dialing needs.

Unlike static dialer initiatives, dynamic initiatives can only be created from the Admin tab / dialer initiatives tool link. Choose the appropriate creation button depending on the type of dynamic initiative you would like to create. For purposes of training, this help guide will only go over creating a lead dialer initiative; the same principles and concepts will directly apply when doing a contact dialer.
