Primary Billing Account Details displays an array of information from service licenses to your payment information.

Service Licenses - This is where all of your licensing information is stored. How many you have purchased, assigned, unassigned and the total price for them.
1. CRM - The CRM license gives users general access to the InsideSales.com database and CRM application. All other license assignments are contingent on having a CRM license assigned.
2. PowerDialer - The Power Dialer license gives users the ability to make outbound calls. In order for an agent to make a call they must have a Power Dialer license.
