Linking an Activity to Another Record
One key feature of the InsideSales Calendar is the ability to link an action to another file within the system.
Linking an action makes it very easy to access the detailed information about the file before proceeding.

Tasks and Events can be linked to any of the other main record types (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Cases).
There are two ways to link an action to a file:
- Use the Create Task or Create Event action buttons while physically viewing the file you wish to make the link to, or
- Create the activity, and then link the record to it.
