Managing JabberDog

All management, revision, and access to currently active JabberDog instances are found in the Reports tab.

There are three separate reports that can be used, depending on the need: the JabberDog Report, JabberDog Progress Report, and JabberDog Details.

The JabberDog Report

The standard JabberDog Report is primarily designed to provide an at-a-glance view of results, and provide the ability to activate or deactivate an instance. Any time you want to stop an active instance, or start an instance that is currently inactive, this is the report to use.

The report limits the results by the name of the instance, and by the date range that the calls were placed.

The JabberDog Progress Report

The JabberDog Progress Report is a more advanced tool that lets you make changes to the content of the JabberDog instance, as well as adjust the days and time you want the list to run.

The JabberDog Details Report

This report shows a detailed breakdown of the leads or contacts which have already had a call attempt. Each call attempt is logged using an impression, which is a catalogued tally of all of the actions the JabberDog has performed. Impressions are also used frequently when reporting on other dialing systems.
