How do I set my email to forward to Salesforce?
Email must be forwarded in order to log to Salesforce.
Here is how to get to your Email Forwarding Instructions from within Salesforce:
Emails > Preferences > click "configure mail forwarding"
Select your email environment from both drop down menus and follow each instructions:
Note: we recommend setting up both inbound (1) and outbound (2) email forwarding at the email server level (Google Apps, Exchange, Office 365, etc.)
