Advanced Training: Admin

Getting Started

Depending on your current job title/role, being a Sysadmin may require focus on direct sales management techniques and practices. It might necessitate more involvement with creating marketing content and strategies, for things like targeted sales emails and voice messages. It might mean reevaluating current practices to account for the ways the our system will change your sales process.

In talking to your representatives and implementation agents, by this point you should have a solid grasp over what our products do and what you hope to achieve. But before we dive into this course, we'd like you to review some of those objectives.

Take a moment and review your own answers to these questions:

  • What are your motivations and expectations for using the system?
  • What are the business objectives and related goals that you hope the system can help you achieve?
  • What are the metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators) that can be used to track your progress as you reach for those objectives and goals?
  • What resources are at your disposal? Inasmuch as resources are limited, which goals take priority over which others?

Keeping the answers to these questions at the forefront of your mind will help you as you make decisions about how to set up your system. As you move forward in this guide, if you find yourself wondering which options to choose or setup route to take, think back to your answers to these questions.

In short, be sure you always take the time to define your goals and priorities to maximize the impact of the system.
