When you send emails from within salesforce.com they often are not logged to iHance's Email object.
There are two different settings to log emails sent from within Salesforce: a company-wide setting called Compliance Archiving, and a per-user setting called Automatic BCC.
Click configure mail forwarding to see your Email Forwarding page, which looks like this:
Copy your Email Forwarding address as shown above, and then back in Salesforce go to Setup > Administration Setup > Email Administrator > Compliance BCC Email. Paste your Email Forwarding address into the Compliance BCC Email field, check the Enable checkbox, and then Save.
Each User can choose to automatically BCC themselves for email they send from within Salesforce. This setting, in conjunction with the User's normal forwarding/logging of inbound email, lets emails sent from within Salesforce log to our custom Email object.
Under My Email Settings each user can enable Automatic BCC and then Save.
