ACD Initiatives can create lead and specify lead type

We would like the ability for the ACD's to create leads on inbound calls and assign a specific "lead type"
For example if an inbound call is received by ACD 1, we would like when the lead is created for it to be lead type x. We use many ACDs for different items/services we advertise and any call coming in should be given the associated lead type.

Need to be able to specify lead notes as well. Example: "Customer Calling about..."
