Ability to set a person as "Admin" and an option when they (for example) update lead status, change lead owner, etc. to be able to do so in such a fashion where it does NOT CHANGE THE MODIFIED DATE! Many of us have numerous Initiatives and Response Loops which have specific items associated with them which are predicated on the Last Modified Date.
