Make all phone number fields searchable in the Global Search

Make the Global Search in the upper right corner of the system search all phone numbers in the system, not just the Phone field. Have it check the Phone Field, Fax, Mobile, Work, Home, and Other phone fields. We can't find a record that only contains a mobile phone number in the system.

Search ALL phone # fields
I agree - being able to search all phone number fields is a plus. In addition, it would be a plus to be able to search for contact names or email addresses in other name/address fields even if they are customized fields.
