Response Loop option to apply to ALL leads or specific query set....

Make it an option to where Response Loops can be applied to ALL which meet the criteria instead of only being triggered when the criteria is met AFTER the response loop has been created. Make sense?
We used to have this in the system but have removed it due to it causing the servers to cache. If you would like to enroll leads in a server you can do a mass update and update those leads into the correct criteria.
