Would BE TERRIFIC if there was a way to include in Response Loops "Last Status Change" criteria! ALSO... WOULD LOVE to have ability in Response Loops to be able to set specific dates for an email to go out to specific leads. For example; on the 17th of each month send email XXXXX to all leads which meet criteria Y. Yes, can do within Mass Mail BUT.... When doing so all emails go out with the person who did the Mass Email. Being able to do as an Admin works but when it sends the emails they are sent with the From address of the Admin instead of the person to whom the lead is assigned
