Ability to edit fields displayed in manage employee screen and mass update employee fields

It would be a great benefit to be able to view more than the static fields displayed in the Edit employee screen. We would like to first be able to have an edit button giving us ability to view more fields such as IP address or any custom fields created in the tabulated view, rather than having to go into each record.
Also, ability to mass update employees would be a tremendous benefit as well.
