I think the Support Department should have a live chat application within their support link. I think it would be helpful for both customers and for InsideSales.com.
I believe this will also free up a lot of support's time on our end from phone calls and emails when we are dealing with web cases. If it is a quick question, it would be faster for everyone with just an IM chat.
