Please add the categories that are already saved under the e-mail manager to the list of e-mails available to send individualy (When selecting an individual e-mail from the yellow envelope under leads tab - the list of available e-mail templates)

Seems to be a logical extension of the categories already set up in the e-mail manager by the user.

Currently I have over 100 templates set up under 4 categories but when I access then for individual use they list comes up without the ability to sort by category.
