Sales Indicator™ by InsideSales.com gives you valuable insight into sales hiring and performance. By applying proven data analytics to the hiring and recruitment process, sales managers, recruiters, and executives can confidently predict which candidates will help the organization reach its goals.
- Log In: You will receive an email from InsideSales.com inviting you to create a password. Follow the instructions within the email and log into Sales Indicator.
The Sales Indicator Home page (dashboard) appears. Before this dashboard will display relevant information, you must first set up your system and begin sending out assessments.
System Setup: Follow the steps in the next section to set up your system.
- CRM Administrative Rights: If you are planning on using Sales Indicator with a third-party CRM, ensure that you have the appropriate administrative rights to aAuthorize and connect to the CRM's API and view and modify your CRM's user accounts.
Assessments: Begin assessing candidates and tracking their results.
- Convert New Hires: Convert newly hired applicants to employees so their data can contribute to the model.
