There are essentially two ways to send assessments:
When you send the link from Sales Indicator the applicant is added to the system, which allows you to track whether they have started and completed the assessments. If you just email a link, the applicant must start the assessment before they are added to the system.
To send the link from Sales Indicator:
Click the SEND button from the home page:
Select the position and fill in the applicant information:
If you want to send out assessments using an email template, then you will want to use the direct link to the assessment for each position:
To see any assessee's results, click on their name either in the Home tab or on the Contacts page. The assessment will show you the total score, an itemized score breakdown for the individual attributes, and a projected quota attainment.
