Appendix B - Additional Call Data

Viewing the Fields

After the fields have been created and the necessary time has passed, you can view the fields on your Activity History. To get there, click the record you wish to view and scroll down to the Activity History section. Then click the task you'd like to view.

This will take you to the individual task record where you can view the new fields and the information they display.

Note that while we have placed the new fields in the "Additional Call Data" section, you can put them anywhere on the task record you like using the layout editor.
