Avoid False Positives: Specify IP Addresses and Domains
Admins should enter internal IP addresses so the Vision will filter all interation notifications. For example, when a coworker from a different business unit opens an email.
The Vision WebApp should prompt Admins to enter these IP Addresses and domains as part of the first-time user experience, but you can always add to and edit the list later.
While logged into the Vision app (https://vision.insidesales.com), navigate to the Admin tab > Company Settings.
- Scroll down to the Vision Settings settings.
- Enter IP addresses and/or Domains in the appropriate fields.
- Click Add to Blocked List
