Avoid False Positives: Specify IP Addresses and Domains

Admins should enter internal IP addresses so the Vision will filter all interation notifications. For example, when a coworker from a different business unit opens an email.

The Vision WebApp should prompt Admins to enter these IP Addresses and domains as part of the first-time user experience, but you can always add to and edit the list later.

  1. While logged into the Vision app (, navigate to the Admin tab > Company Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Vision Settings settings.
  3. Enter IP addresses and/or Domains in the appropriate fields.
  4. Click Add to Blocked List
