Salesforce users get some additional call logging features, including the use of multi-select picklist fields from their Salesforce tasks. Both Salesforce and Lead Management Platform (LMP) clients get a new feature for default call log settings, streamlining input for common call results.
Finally, PowerStandings in both platforms gets a new Challenge type using team averages, letting administrators set challenge goals against their teams' existing performance.
