Vision Implementation Checklist

Implementing Vision requires multiple steps. Please read each pertinent section carefully.

  1. Request a Vision instance (database and configuration) from your InsideSales.com agent.
    1. Provide the required information (see the next section for details).
    2. We will provision a Vision instance for you and provide unique information for your DNS entries.
  2. Create DNS entries using the information provided by your InsideSales.com agent.
    1. Notify your agent that you have implemented the DNS entries.
    2. We will validate the DNS entries and complete the database.
  3. Implement Vision with your specific email services (choose one):
    1. Google Apps Pro
    2. Office 365
    3. Microsoft Exchange
    4. Other Services
  4. Add Optional Configurations:
    1. Absolute Automation
    2. Website Tracking
    3. Salesforce Email Relay
    4. Salesforce Events Sync
  5. Manage Vision:
    1. Create Users and Teams
    2. Add Templates and Attachments
    3. View Activity and Reports
