Troubleshooting Notification Issues

Vision gives you instant notifications whenever a customer engages with your emails. However, you may not receive notifications if the plugin's connection to the Vision server is terminated.

You can verify that your plugin is no longer connecting to the activity feed if you see new notifications within the Vision web portal ( that do not appear within your plugin.

Follow these steps to restore the connection:

  1. Refresh Login: Try logging out and then back in again.
  2. Restart Application: If logging in does not work, you may need to restart your email application (Outlook or Google Chrome Browser).
    If you have multiple email accounts on Outlook, you may need to periodically restart the program.
