To speed up the process of leaving messages, Sysadmins (and some users) can choose a default recording to be used within certain dialer blocks. If you noticed the three buttons in the top right corner of the voice message manager, those areas are Campaigns, Contact Groups, and Dialer Initiatives.

The defaults are set up for each individual user who has access to the PowerDialer. Once selected, the same message will be sent anytime the user chooses to send the default voice message for that call block, though of course, a user can always choose to send a message other than the default.
